Bon Secours Wellness Arena is looking for a talented Graphics Operator (part-time) to join our live events production team. As a Graphics Operator, you will be responsible for operating graphics systems to display visual content during live events, including sports, concerts, and other performances.
Responsibilities
This position is part of the live event presentation crew in the broadcast/control room and in-arena environments focusing on hockey, basketball, and other live events.
Part-time position: days/hours vary depending on event schedule
Scheduling - EMPLOYEES PICK THE SHIFTS (DAYS & TIMES) THEY AVAILABLE TO WORK !!!!
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly; Direct Deposit required.
Hourly Rate Range: starting $20 per hour, depending on experience level; FLSA status: non-exempt
Work Shifts:
Responsibilities
This position is part of the live event presentation crew in the broadcast/control room and in-arena environments focusing on hockey, basketball, and other live events.
- Manage and quality control all digital signage including but not limited to ribbons and scoreboard, audio booth, and broadcast control room
- Operate graphics systems to display visual content as directed by the show producer or technical director
- Collaborate with the Technical Director, Video Engineer, and Show Director to ensure the correct graphics are displayed at the appropriate times
- Organize and load media on digital signage and screens in preparation for events
- Test and rehearse content on control room systems prior to major events to ensure proper function
- Track fulfillment of sponsored content and assets
- Log and archive footage from videoboard show and fulfill footage requests
- Monitor and troubleshoot graphics systems during live events
- Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and software updates related to graphics production
- Two or more years of graphics operator experience
- Prior experience with Ross Xpression and Dashboard software
- Strong understanding of video formats and resolutions
- Knowledge of live video production workflows and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexible schedule to accommodate events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical requirements:
- Comfortable routinely working within high noise levels, among crowds/high activity, and in a fast-paced environment

- Shift: average 5 hours per event
- Times/Days: varies; mainly evenings/nights and weekends; few day shifts available depending on event schedule
- Minimum: must be available to work at least 1 shift every month
