Responsibilities include:

• Maintain the physical appearance of the property
• Complete all assigned service requests properly in a timely manner
• Maintain excellent customer service relationships
• Maintain all public and common areas of the property in a clean, neat, and attractive condition
• Complete assigned service requests and repairs correctly and in a timely manner
• Abide by the Company’s hazard communication program, follow correct, safe work practices, and encourage staff to follow correct, safe work practices
• Maintain an excellent customer service relationship
• Perform all other duties as directed by the property management team and assist the overall team effort in any way possible
• Good verbal/written communication/reading skills
• Team player

Knowledge :

• General property operations
• Landscaping preferred
• Pool care preferred
  
  

Experience :

• No previous experience with grounds maintenance or janitorial work is required, but it is a plus
  
  

Drug testing and background screening required
