We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Director who knows the ins and outs of the iGaming and online sports betting to lead strategy and execution for an established crypto sportsbook brand with a global audience of highly qualified bettors.


As one of the foundational hires for a brand new marketing entity in partnership with the brand, you’ll create and curate content, post, engage with audiences, and report on relevant social platforms and gaming community sites to spread brand awareness, acquire new bettors, and further engage an already passionate sports betting community.


You’ll also help to establish a positive culture and scalable marketing operations as additional team members join, whom you’ll help hire and manage.

Compensation/Offerings:

  • $110k-$140k annual base salary (flexibility commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage social media (paid & organic ) and influencer strategies across platforms to drive engagement, sales, brand awareness, and expand our gaming partners' brand footprint across target player verticals
  • Spearhead content development to create killer social creative content; work with additional resources as needed to get it done
  • Oversee a significant monthly ad and creative budget
  • Build and manage thriving community properties across social and various gaming reviews and community sites to excite players and drive growth
  • Engage with players to gather valuable marketing insights and materials
  • Establish and adhere to internal social media content standards to set a high bar for brand value and credibility among customers, audiences, and competitors
  • Utilize UGC and influencer creative assets for paid and organic campaigns
  • Stay on the pulse of all things happening in the igaming space and sports betting space, including relevant social media and content trends that would resonate with target audiences
  • Maintain a highly visible interactive social presence across platforms
  • Produce regular analytics reports and make decisions based on findings to continuously optimize efforts
  • Represent the brand voice and company ethos at the highest level at all times in all community campaigns and audience engagement efforts

Influencer & Creator Program

  • Help to identify and curate a rolodex of potential creators in the igaming, sports betting space
  • Discuss terms and quantify potential partnership opportunities to influencers and their teams
  • Structure, negotiate, and lock in creator deals with excellent terms based on opportunities you identify to leverage creator content (UGC and creative assets) and audiences
  • Managing a team of outreach, creative, and marketing specialists


Required experience:

  • Must be extremely capable of self-managing in a remote work environment
  • 5+ years professional social media experience (paid and organic) at an agency or start-up
  • A portfolio with social media campaigns you’ve built or had a strong role in the success of
  • Social media and/or community management experience in igaming, esports is critical
  • Knowledge of or experience in the cryptocurrency space
  • Expertise across IG, TikTok, Discord, Snap, FB, Reddit, etc. and ability to find the best audience channels/platforms for specific player targets
  • A knack for building inspired communities and driving audiences to action
  • Creative eye, ability to edit content (photo/video) and create strong graphics - you know what content will resonate with different targeted audiences and can work with internal and external resources to get the creative assets you need
  • Natural ability to communicate, reach target audiences, and engage virtually and in-person if needed (with creators and influencers, for example)
  • Impeccable writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Analytical and able to extract social data, create reports, present findings, and make decisions to facilitate audience and revenue growth

Influencer & Creator Program:

  • Ability to create a robust system for influencer/creator CRM
  • Strategic approach to creator marketing, targeting multiple KPIs with an eye on ROAS, LTV, data collection
  • Creativity to achieve greater virality and engagement with creator partners (i.e. your strategic/creative angles + creators ingenuity = greater results than creators execution alone)
  • Negotiation mastery for creator campaigns - able to get creative with deal structures to maximize ROAS, win more deals without simply paying the most, and create long-term partnerships with the most high-performing creators
  • Have managed six-figure monthly influencer/creator marketing spends
  • Extensive experience with influencer marketing tools/platforms
