Are you passionate about driving growth through innovative marketing strategies? We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Lifecycle to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in crafting and executing an integrated strategy across our marketing communication channels, including email, chat, and in-app messaging.
About The Role
As a Growth Marketing Manager, Lifecycle, you will:
Own Audience Segmentation and Nurture Strategies: Develop and manage audience segmentation and email nurture strategies, keeping our multi-email sequences up-to-date with the latest positioning and campaign themes.
Support Product-Led Growth: Utilize product usage signals to create effective nurture and communication strategies aimed at increasing product adoption and identifying high-value accounts.
Leverage Data for Optimization: Analyze data to identify opportunities and conduct experiments that enhance lifecycle performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Enhance Customer Journeys: Oversee and optimize customer journey maps, executing campaigns designed to improve and accelerate these journeys.
Build Engaging Chat Flows: Create personalized chat flows on our marketing website to engage and nurture visitors.
Report and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze lifecycle campaign performance, providing insights for continuous optimization.
Develop New Campaigns: Innovate and support new acquisition (chat, email), reactivation, and referral campaigns.
What You'll Need
Experience: 5+ years in lifecycle marketing and growth.
Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM and MAP tools, such as HubSpot.
Impact: Proven track record of delivering and reporting business impact through nurture and lifecycle campaigns.
Metrics Improvement: Experience in improving key metrics, including open rates and conversion rates.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, content, marketing operations, and product marketing teams.
