As the Growth Marketing Supervisor, you will oversee sales support, RFX opportunities, and lead generation initiatives to increase new business development and convert leads to lasting customers. The Growth Marketing Supervisor will proactively advance and measure Derse’s core set of selling tools, improving existing approaches, and create additional tools that can extend across all sales opportunities. Growth Marketing Supervisor Responsibilities

  • Drive sustainable growth efforts by implementing data-driven strategies, optimizing user acquisition and retention efforts, and Identifying opportunities to streamline the new business process, improve efficiency, and enhance the quality of proposals.
  • Drive day-to-day oversight of sales support, lead generation campaigns, and new business opportunities.
  • Guide a team of marketing generalists, including assigning tasks, providing feedback, and facilitating professional development.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure high-priority projects receive appropriate representation and attention.
  • Oversight of the proposal and pitch deliverables from kickoff and development to production and delivery:
  • Technical writing/deck narrative, editing, document management, and development of content from subject matter experts
  • Graphic design involvement, document approvals, and production standards
  • Refine and improve pitch project management and reporting process.
  • Update and refine RFX metrics database on a regular basis with accurate information and project status.
  • Investigate new ways to differentiate from competitors in the new business process through content and delivery methods.
  • Update content library in collaboration with subject-matter experts and corporate sales.
  • Monitor and facilitate content library review cycles to ensure data and information is updated and accurate.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Devise innovative strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Equip the sales teams with the tools, content, and resources they need to effectively engage with prospects.
  • Work with VP of Marketing and sales leadership to prioritize and focus market opportunities across industries and accounts.
  • Oversee and implement the planning and execution of corporate-driven new business development efforts using marketing automation and lead generation campaigns.
  • Oversight of demand generation marketing campaigns and content.
  • Monitor new business development efforts through marketing automation to further refine and identify qualified leads for sales assignment.
  • In support of the VP of Marketing and CRM Manager, ideate, develop, refine, and execute strategy and content for company’s presence at industry trade shows and events.
  • Attend select industry events to support corporate presence and drive lead generation strategy.


Growth Marketing Supervisor Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 6 years supporting new business development efforts required.
  • 3 – 5 years of previous management/supervisory experience required.
  • Previous industry experience a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
