We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Manager to join our team. As a Guest Service Manager, you will play a key role in providing exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure guests receive top-notch service from check-in to check-out.
Duties:
Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor
Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and any inquiries or requests they may have
Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Utilize phone etiquette and proficiently operate phone systems
Experience:
Prior experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel procedures is advantageous
