Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lafayette, LA for a Guest Service Manager. The Guest Service Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, managing communication, and performing receptionist duties.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills: ability to lead and guide a team
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service: strong focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations
Excellent Communication skills: both verbal and written
Experience in Receptionist Duties: managing phone calls, guest check-ins, and inquiries
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
