We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter/Hotel Reservationist. Responsibilities:

• Manage Reservations: Handle hotel reservations, answer inquiries, make bookings, and confirm room availability
• Guest Interaction: Communicate with guests via phone, email, and in-person, addressing reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations
• Check-In/Check-Out Assistance: Facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out process, attending to special requests or concerns
• Payment Processing: Collect payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as necessary
