Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hairstylist at Ulta Beauty located in Cedar Park, TX. The Hairstylist will be responsible for providing hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair. The Hairstylist will also provide cosmetology services, offer hair care advice and recommendations to clients, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Hair Styling and Cosmetology skills
Experience in hair care and understanding of different hair types and treatments
Strong customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients
Excellent listening skills to understand client needs and preferences
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients
Knowledge of current hair trends and techniques
Creativity and ability to suggest and create new hairstyles
Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Good time management skills and ability to prioritize appointments
At least a high school diploma or equivalent
Cosmetology license in the state of Texas
