We are currently looking for maintenance technicians to join our maintenance team to conduct work at our properties throughout the San Fernando Valley, LA City and South Bay areas.
We are looking for all levels of experience, from entry level to senior maintenance technicians.
Anyone that fall into these categories:
Light Electrical
Light Plumbing
General Maintenance
HVAC
Duties:
Replacing toiletssinks
Drywall and Stucco Patches
Replacing electrical fixtures
Unit turnovers
Troubleshoot and replace water heaters, garbage disposers
General Residential Maintenance
Requirements:
Have a valid California Driver License
Have a car/truck
Have basic power tools
Frequent walking, bending, and climbing stairs
Ability to lift, pull, push and/or move up to 40 lbs
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
Available after hours or weekends for emergencies
