Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional commercial leader to oversee our online and offline distribution channels (direct-to-consumer, marketplaces, wholesale, retail) globally. In this role you will manage a team of internal employees & external partners/agencies to launch and grow True Classic across hundreds of distribution channels across the world, reaching millions of customers. This position will report directly to the President.

Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional commercial leader to oversee our online and offline distribution channels (direct-to-consumer, marketplaces, wholesale, retail) globally. In this role you will manage a team of internal employees & external partners/agencies to launch and grow True Classic across hundreds of distribution channels across the world, reaching millions of customers. This position will report directly to the President.
Key Areas Of Accountability
- Omnichannel Strategy - Build a business that operates effectively and efficiently across multiple online and offline sales channels
- Distribution Growth - Launch, manage and grow all distribution channels
- P&L Ownership - Full P&L accountability for each distribution channel and market
- Pricing and Promotions - Define pricing and promotional strategy across categories
- Deep cross functional collaboration - Work seamlessly with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Technology and Product functions to ensure
- 10+ years of commercial experience with a proven track record in a senior leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Familiarity with e-commerce, direct-to-consumer brands, and omnichannel retail is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate deep consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the ability to drive ideas from concept to completion, to quickly overcome obstacles/roadblocks, and to multi-task and balance multiple projects/priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and interest; willing to roll-up sleeves and do whatever it takes to get to the best answer and win as a team.
- Track record of successfully leading and managing cross functional teams; strong leadership abilities, including mentoring, coaching, and inspiring teams.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change effectively.
