Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Community Manager who is passionate about wellness and has a proven track record of growing and nurturing online communities. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the wellness industry, with a focus on building, managing, and engaging vibrant communities. You will play a key role in shaping and executing our community strategy, driving engagement, and fostering meaningful connections among our users.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow Breethly.io’s online community, with a focus on increasing user engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Engagement: Foster a positive, supportive, and active community environment through regular interaction, content creation, and events that align with our wellness-focused mission. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop and deliver engaging content that resonates with our community and promotes active participation. Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with key influencers, wellness experts, and partners to enhance our community offering and expand our reach. Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the community within the company, providing insights and feedback to inform product development, marketing strategies, and overall community experience. Moderation: Ensure a safe and inclusive environment by overseeing community moderation and addressing any issues promptly and professionally. Metrics & Reporting: Monitor community performance metrics, analyze trends, and report on the effectiveness of community initiatives with actionable recommendations. Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in community management, with a focus on the wellness industry. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the wellness space, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in growing and managing online communities, with measurable results. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences. Leadership: Experience leading community initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with community management tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
