We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Visual Designer to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of blockchain.


Job Summary:

As the Head of Ecosystem at Morph, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow and support a robust ecosystem of developers, partners, and stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, foster collaboration, and create value within the ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the blockchain space, particularly with layer 2 solutions, and a proven track record of ecosystem development.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ecosystem strategy to drive adoption and engagement with Morph’s layer 2 blockchain solutions.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partners, including developers, enterprises, and other key stakeholders.
  • Build and manage relationships with ecosystem participants to ensure their success and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and developer relations teams to create programs and initiatives that support ecosystem growth.
  • Organize and participate in ecosystem-focused events, such as conferences, meetups, and hackathons, to promote Morph and engage with the community.
  • Create and maintain resources, such as documentation, toolkits, and best practices, to enable ecosystem participants to effectively utilize Morph’s platform.
  • Monitor ecosystem trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Advocate for ecosystem participants internally, ensuring their needs and feedback are considered in product development and strategy.
  • Measure and report on the health and growth of the ecosystem using key metrics and analytics.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Solid experience in ecosystem development, business development, or a related role, with a strong focus on blockchain technology.
  • Proven track record of building and growing ecosystems, preferably in the blockchain or technology sector.
  • Deep understanding of layer 2 blockchain solutions and the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective ecosystem strategies.
  • Experience working with developers, partners, and enterprises in a collaborative and supportive manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for blockchain technology and a commitment to driving its adoption and growth.
  • Candidates with less experience will also be considered for Ecosystem BD Manager role.
