Description

We are looking for an experienced leader of Verily’s employee experience and “VIBE” - Verily’s inclusive culture of belonging. This leader will be responsible for driving and stewarding efforts to build Verily’s culture through employee engagement, diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and equitable people processes. This leader will lead overall efforts to shape the design and delivery of employee “moments that matter” across the employee lifecycle. This leader will partner and collaborate with business leaders and People and Culture teams (PACT) to enhance Verily employee experiences, drive inclusive culture programs and people practices, and support and collaborate with Verily’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).

Responsibilities

  • Inclusive Culture of Belonging: Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture in support of the company’s values, and design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, recognition, retention, and workplace well-being. Establish and operate a cross-functional cultural champion program with a focus on designing and nurturing Verily’s culture, routines and rituals. Serve as HR’s primary partner to the company’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and their Executive Sponsors to help guide focus and awareness in the organization.
  • Community & Partnerships: Serve as PACT point of contact for the company’s Health Equity Center of Excellence, ensuring connection to and acceleration of efforts to embed health equity principles and practices across our business. Build and maintain relationships with external organizations, community groups, and industry partners to support employee experience and VIBE efforts.
