About Us


We are a pre-seed stage startup revolutionizing product development workflow. Our mission is to eliminate the tedious tasks that bog down product and project managers, 

engineers and others at the workplace, and 10x their productivity. Our team are Silicon Valley veterans with proven track records of building world-class products at companies like Uber, Meta. We have built the product and already acquired pilot users and paying customers.


The Role


We are looking for a world-class leader at Growth to join our team. You'll be a core member of our founding team, working alongside the CEO/Advisors to drive growth and accelerate adoption in a nascent market.


Responsibilities


  • User Acquisition. Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies to drive significant growth in our user base. Identify and implement high-impact channels and tactics for user acquisition, including content marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and partnerships.


  • Retention and Engagement. Create and implement strategies to enhance user retention and reduce churn, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences and value. Design and launch engagement initiatives to increase user interaction, satisfaction, and loyalty.


  • Revenue Growth. Formulate and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through user acquisition, retention, and monetization. Analyze revenue performance and identify opportunities to optimize pricing, promotions, and offers.


  • Data-Driven Decision Making. Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to refine user acquisition, retention, and revenue strategies.


  • Growth Funnel Optimization. Optimize the entire growth funnel from awareness to conversion, ensuring a seamless user journey and maximizing conversion rates. Identify and address bottlenecks and drop-offs in the funnel to improve overall performance.


  • Market Research and Insights. Conduct in-depth market research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors, as well as competitive landscape and industry trends. Leverage insights to inform growth strategies and enhance user acquisition and retention efforts.


Qualifications


  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record in user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Prior experience in the 0 to 1 process in a startup is a huge bonus.
  • Skills: Expertise in growth hacking, digital marketing, and revenue optimization strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and building high-performing teams. Ability to inspire and drive results.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Compensation: This will be an equity based position at the beginning. Competitive salary will be provided after funding completion.
