Job Description

We are looking for a highly innovative and strategic Head of Growth with deep experience managing large scale paid social performance marketing campaigns to drive profitable customer acquisition. You will strategize and execute a full-funnel strategy for creative development, creative testing, media buying, conversion optimization, performance measurement and streamlining processes to scale marketing efficiency on META and other media platforms.


Responsibilities

  • Hands-on leadership and management of paid acquisition campaigns across META and other platforms to drive profitable growth.
  • Hands-on leadership and management of in-house and external performance creative teams to develop winning creative at scale.
  • Hands-on management of CRO, digital product and analytics team to develop and optimize conversion funnels to drive channel performance.
  • Develop data driven hypotheses and manage cross-functional teams to execute experiments across the marketing funnel to optimize conversion.
  • Own attribution tools and methodologies to analyze organization-wide campaign ROI and performance, reporting precise data driven insights to the marketing and senior leadership team.
  • Train and develop talented growth marketers.
  • Continuously analyze data and research trends to identify and implement opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • Monitor and keep abreast of the latest paid media marketing developments and relay to team.


Requirements

  • 7-10 years hands-on experience directly managing and growing a DTC subscription or eCommerce brand.
  • Experience in an elite strategy consulting role at Bain, McKinsey or BCG a plus.
  • Strong quantitative skills with ability to crunch raw data, draw precise conclusions, and develop actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Rigorous creative testing methodology and ability to efficiently guide in-house performance creative team.
  • Highly motivated to independently learn, test and stay abreast of developments in paid social advertising.
  • Experience integrating highly efficient acquisition campaigns with sophisticated brand messaging and audience strategies.
  • Proficient writing skills with passion for great ad copy and ad creative.
  • Strong leadership skills, managing and motivating a talented team of paid social marketers and cross functional experts.
  • Enthusiasm for helping shape a truth-seeking, high-growth, positive team culture and organizational processes.
  • Confidence communicating across the organization, with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Roll up the sleeves, deep-dive bias is a must.
  • Passion for wellness and beauty is a plus.
