Job Description

We are looking for a visionary Head of Insights who is passionate about storytelling with data and possesses a mastery of exploratory data analysis. This role requires someone who can uncover surprising and valuable insights that drive action and enable our clients, including large food brands, to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and a strong desire to make a significant impact in the food industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of data analysis strategies to uncover actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and business operations, to identify key data sources and analytics requirements.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies in large datasets.
• Develop and implement data visualization techniques to communicate complex findings in a clear and compelling manner.
• Work closely with clients, including large food brands, to understand their business objectives and deliver insights that exceed their expectations.
• Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to showcase Loop AI's thought leadership in data analytics and drive engagement with industry stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field, preferably in the food industry or a related domain.
• Expertise in exploratory data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and data visualization tools such as Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Proven track record of uncovering actionable insights and driving business impact through data analysis.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a desire to challenge the status quo.
  
  

Compensation: $120k + early equity
