SUMMARY:

The Head of Marketing will lead a high-performing team, develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, and ensure that the company's marketing efforts effectively engage

target audiences, support business growth, and elevate the company's brand. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a proven track record in strategic marketing, digital innovation, public relations, and cross-functional team management.


This role will oversee the Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Corporate Communication, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing functions, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and enhancing brand presence across all channels.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.


Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with 7-8 years of that time in leadership roles.
  • Prior experience reporting to a CEO.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in strategic marketing, digital marketing, and corporate communication.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional marketing teams, with expertise in Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Corporate Communication, and Product Marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive marketing strategy and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of digital and social media platforms and their use in corporate communications.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and use it to inform communication strategy.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and drives brand growth.
  • Lead the integration of Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Corporate Communication, Product Marketing and Demand Generation functions to create a cohesive marketing ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the company’s overall business strategy and ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Ensure the consistent application of brand guidelines and messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Monitor brand perception and take action to protect and enhance the company's reputation.
  • Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance the company’s reputation and brand image.
  • Serve as a key spokesperson for the company, ensuring consistent and effective communication with all stakeholders, including customers, investors, partners, and employees.
  • Oversee the development and execution of demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create targeted campaigns that support business objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies to target high-value accounts and drive personalized marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with account strategies and deliver measurable results.
  • Identify market opportunities and trends to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative in its marketing approach.
  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Oversee the company's online presence, including website management, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company remains a leader in digital innovation.
  • Develop and execute corporate communication strategies to enhance the company’s reputation and brand image.
  • Lead the product marketing team in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
  • Ensure that product positioning, messaging, and branding effectively communicate the value proposition to target audiences.
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with product innovation and customer needs.
  • Drive operational excellence, flawless execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
