Our product-led growth (PLG) model has allowed us to rapidly expand our customer base across the United States. As we accelerate our growth trajectory, we are seeking a Head of Marketing.
About The Role
The Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy with a focus on demand generation to drive qualified leads and customer acquisition for our digital gifting platform. Your marketing funnel will directly impact customer engagement, conversions, and optimize the user experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record within the B2B space, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and providing reporting and insight on the performance of SEO and marketing activities. In the Head of Marketing position, you will report to the CEO and work closely with the leadership team. This is a hybrid position with the expectation of 2 days per week onsite.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy, value proposition, and demand generation to drive qualified leads and customer acquisition
Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts
Track, analyze, and report the performance of SEO and marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports
Conduct pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing
Accurately forecast and predict prospect and MQL growth
Create visually appealing, informative content and leverage social media and ads to strategically grow the business
Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing initiatives
Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership
Develop and implement training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies
Collaborate, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities and trade shows
Negotiate contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy
Manage agency relationships
Travel expectation up to 10%
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business or related field, or equivalent years of experience
8-10+ years experience in SaaS B2B sales/marketing/business development role
Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive revenue growth
Proficiency in CRM system (HubSpot)
Strategic thinking and hands-on execution of marketing analytics, campaigns, and content-generation; strong understanding of Google Analytics
Strong leadership and management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A strong desire to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices
This will be a highly visible position in a fast-growing company.
