Head of Marketing

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Marketing Lead to guide our marketing initiatives, specifically focused on innovations within staking and decentralized finance (DeFi). The role involves spearheading strategies to enhance adoption and integration of these technologies, especially in rewards systems and market positioning. You will take ownership of developing and executing a holistic marketing plan that aligns with the organization’s objectives and growth strategy. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in elevating our product’s standing in the competitive and evolving digital market.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to boost user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Establish measurable marketing objectives and track performance against KPIs.

Marketing Campaigns & Channels:

• Lead and optimize paid advertising efforts across digital platforms, including social media and search engines.
• Manage and enhance presence on social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Telegram, as well as Web3-specific platforms like Debank and Farcaster.
• Develop content strategies that strengthen thought leadership and the brand’s credibility.
• Drive initiatives in both organic and performance marketing.

Product Positioning:

• Craft engaging narratives and educational materials to communicate the benefits of staking innovations.
• Conduct competitive analyses to assess the product's advantages and areas for growth.

Brand Building:

• Establish and grow a strong brand presence within the DeFi and broader blockchain space.
• Participate in industry events, online discussions, and conferences.
• Lead marketing initiatives involving influencers, forums, and community events.

Partnerships & Co-marketing:

• Form strategic alliances with other platforms and industry players to expand reach and mutual growth.
• Collaborate on joint marketing efforts and events to enhance visibility.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Analyze data from marketing campaigns and derive actionable insights for optimization.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and growth metrics to senior leadership.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and business development teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital and performance marketing.
• Demonstrated expertise in blockchain technology, DeFi, or FinTech SaaS.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, staking, and blockchain reward mechanisms is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in relationship and partnership management.
