The Opportunity

NetCentrics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing ready to take the next leap in their career, possibly even surpassing their own expectations. Our Marketing leader will wear two hats: Corporate Head of Marketing and leader of Product Marketing for our Technology Group. This role reports directly to the CEO.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has rapidly acquired extensive marketing experience across various functional areas, driven by motivation, determination, and resilience. They should have a solid grasp of software and SaaS product go-to-market (GTM) strategies, communications, and brand management. Although a background in cybersecurity and/or cloud security is preferred, it is not mandatory. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about teamwork, collaboration, problem-solving, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Head of Marketing

  • Champion company culture to enhance both internal employee experiences and external customer experiences.
  • Plan and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum ROI. Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive growth.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO to develop strategic communications plans for internal and external audiences on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This includes maintaining a communications plan featuring the company newsletter, social media, PR and media activities, and corporate event promotions.
  • Maintain corporate branding consistency both internally and externally.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of impactful messaging across various channels to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data such as Google Analytics, web leads, and social performance to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop branded marketing content tailored to the needs of Business Development, Technology, Delivery, and HR & Talent Acquisition teams.

Product Marketing for Technology Group

  • Lead all product marketing activities in support of technology solutions to define and implement effective GTM strategies.
  • Lead the development of a marketing qualified leads funnel for technology solutions.
  • Be a technology evangelist for our technology solutions; lead pre-sales meetings with prospective customers/stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Drive the development of content that effectively communicates the value of our technology and services.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring and developing future team members.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pragmatic Marketing Certified (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a broad range of marketing functions, preferably within the government IT or cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong track record of developing and implementing successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing tools and technologies.
