Our client is a renowned luxury fine jewelry brand founded in London. They are seeking a Head of Marketing to join their North America team in NYC. The ideal candidate is serving as the lead marketing executive. You will manage all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations in line with our objectives.
HEAD OF MARKETING
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
MARKETING & COMMS:Implement and execute roll-out of bi-annual strategic marketing plan and calendarManage relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure calendar alignment and integration across territories and sales channelsProject manage production of creative assets and brand collateral – (ecom shots, web content, campaigns and retouches, press tools etc)Project manage event production for press days, product launches and third-party partnershipsManage 360 campaign roll-out aligned to marketing calendarResponsible for budget tracker and reporting over/under spendsManage brand collateral, updating line-sheets, brand-book, look books, online contentSupporting W/sale team by distributing and updating brand assets and ensuring partner store and online content is up-to-dateResponsible for all channel analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, Meta insights, Shopify etc)Day-to-day support of agencies, ensuring distribution of assets, product, copy, logistics etc.Supporting on Influencer campaigns, managing logistics, product, deadlines, deliverables etcManage PR sample inventory, coordinating loan requests and assisting on photo shootsBuild and drive sophisticated Email marketing programme from Welcome and automated journeys through to seasonal programmingBuild and drive content marketing strategy implementing ROI reporting and analysisResponsible for building CRM programming to drive customer retention and deliver first-class brand experienceDeliver rigorous marketing program analysis – setting KPIs, measured results and key learnings. Recommend strategic optimizations accordingly.Constantly monitor luxury competitors and industry and feedback
ECOMM:Manage day-to-day running of ecomm – uploading product images, updating copy and new assets / content in line with marketing calendar and new product dropsInventory management – monitor stock levels, best-sellers and merchandising opportunitiesResponsible for analysing and reporting on trade performance via GA / ShopifySupport on digital campaigns, managing and implementing SEO, PPC, Paid social, Shopping, CRMBuild and manage CRM calendar, building out emails, copy and assets and monitoring performanceManage all digital asset development, adjustments, approvals and deadlinesSupport with web development and management, drafting briefs for improvements and working closely with dev agencies to improve UX and optimise conversionManage day-to-day social media calendar – IG grid planning, asset development, copy-writing and roll-out of assets
