Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across for super{set} and across all of our portfolio companies. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and growth. You will work closely with founders, product teams, and other stakeholders to create and implement marketing plans that align with our mission and business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the growth objectives of Super{set} and its portfolio companies.
  • Lead the creation and execution of brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency and impact across all channels.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Identify and execute growth marketing tactics, leveraging data and analytics to optimize campaigns and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, while collaborating with founders, product teams, and other departments to ensure alignment and success.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing regular reports and insights to leadership and stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Marketing, VP of Marketing, or similar leadership role in a tech-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, growth marketing, and brand management.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for data-driven companies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to drive decision-making.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $150k to $200k, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant. A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, market conditions, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs
