Position Overview

We are looking for a talented individual to spearhead and innovate within our marketing technology framework. This role will focus on expanding our reach to new and existing audiences through a continually evolving marketing technology stack. Responsibilities include ensuring all marketing technologies are seamlessly integrated, optimized, and align with our marketing strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a marketing technology strategy that aligns with overall business goals.
  • Platform Selection & Integration: Evaluate and select appropriate marketing technology platforms, ensuring seamless integration and data flow across systems.
  • Project Management: Manage marketing technology and data analytics projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Data Integrity & Analytics: Oversee the accuracy and integrity of marketing data, utilizing analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Leadership: Lead the marketing technology team, promoting growth and development as the team expands.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the VP of Marketing to inform strategy and optimize product and promotion targeting in collaboration with revenue stream owners.
  • Data & Reporting: Manage data analytics dashboards and report on customer segmentation and campaign performance to key stakeholders.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Co-manage relationships with digital agencies and partner with the technology team on the digital roadmap.
  • CRM & Loyalty Strategy: Develop and manage strategies for CRM and loyalty platforms, focusing on challenges, offers, and rewards.
  • Innovation & Improvement: Identify trends and opportunities to enhance brand awareness using the marketing technology stack.
  • Cross-functional Teamwork: Build relationships with key leaders across departments and manage high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thought Leadership: Lead presentations as a subject matter expert in marketing technology and analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in a marketing technology or related role
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools
  • Expertise with Google Analytics, including GA4
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Strategic thinker capable of methodical execution
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Experience with project management platforms like Wrike
  • Organized, proactive, and reliable approach to work
  • Thorough understanding of direct marketing principles
