Now, we’re expanding our mission to build the Vampr Media Network—a growing collection of music sites and platforms that will deliver unparalleled access to a dedicated, engaged audience.


We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales & Business Development to lead this initiative. This is not just a sales role but an opportunity to build the Vampr Media Network division from the ground up. The successful applicant will be responsible for securing partnerships with digital music publishers to expand our inventory and securing deals with touring companies and record labels to drive revenue growth. You will sell advertising on Vampr and play a pivotal role in growing the Vampr Network by establishing key industry relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build the Vampr Media Network: Secure strategic partnerships with digital music publishers to grow our content inventory and establish a robust network of music platforms.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Secure deals with record labels, touring companies, and other music industry players to monetise the Vampr Media Network and drive advertising sales.
  • Sell Advertising: Identify and capture advertising clients in the music, entertainment, and retail sectors, with a focus on strategic accounts that align with Vampr’s growth.
  • Develop Relationships: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with industry stakeholders including digital music publishers, record labels, and touring companies.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities to grow the Vampr Media Network from the ground up, negotiating deals that align with our strategic vision.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the advertising and business development strategies are aligned with the overall goals of the company.
  • Manage Sales Operations: Oversee pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and reporting to ensure quarterly sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Industry Representation: Represent Vampr at music and tech industry events, promoting our platform and securing high-level partnerships.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or digital publishing, ideally within the music, tech, or digital media industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to secure partnerships with digital music publishers and close revenue-driving deals with record labels, touring companies, or related businesses.
  • A strong track record of building partnerships and driving revenue in a startup or small business environment.
  • Existing relationships with key players in the music industry that can be leveraged for the Vampr Media network and revenue growth.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively and execute on high-impact strategies.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Experience in digital advertising sales with a focus on performance and strategic account management.
