Our team is seeking a highly capable Performance Analyst who is looking to develop their finance and analysis skills within a challenging yet exciting and supportive atmosphere. We directly support the Health Plan business in identifying and evaluating growth opportunities and driving efficiency, whether it’s planning for next year’s budget, working with our leadership team on growth initiatives, or developing cost-saving strategies. As a member of our team, you will be a trusted strategic partner in coordination with the WPS Health Plan leadership team. In addition to target setting and helping the leadership team understand the business’s financial results, you will provide key decision support to help solve the business’s biggest challenges. What You Will Do

  • Design and develop analytical support to senior management to support key business decisions:
  • Health Plan performance reporting and analysis, including financial and operational
  • Strategic short- and long-term forecasting and planning, in partnership with the Enterprise Strategy and FP&A teams
  • Financial modeling
  • Identify opportunities for and lead efforts on improving the analytical capabilities of the team and maximizing process efficiency
  • Partner with leaders of increasing seniority, including Executive leaders, to manage and improve the performance of the health plan business
  • Effectively communicate and serve as an advocate for optimal performance on key success factors
  • Ad-hoc analysis to support executive decision making
  • Development of junior staff

Candidates Must Have

Performance Analyst

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience

Senior Performance Analyst

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience
  • 1 or more years of related work experience

Ideal Candidates Have

Performance Analyst

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1 or more years of related experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Superb problem-solving ability and strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of BI/forecasting tools (Cognos/Power BI/Adaptive Insights)

Senior Performance Analyst

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3 or more years of related experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Superb problem-solving ability and strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of BI/forecasting tools (Cognos/Power BI/Adaptive Insights)

Salary Range

$70,000-95,000

The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and may fall outside of this range.
