Duties Description
The Bureau of Social Care and Community Supports works to integrate health and human services within the Medicaid program. The bureau is composed of two units, Housing and Social Determinants of Health. This position is within the Housing Unit. The incumbent will oversee housing providers that are contracted to assist vulnerable Medicaid members in obtaining supportive housing.
Duties include: Contract management and fiscal management of a portfolio of housing providers; voucher reconciliation of the fiscal submissions made by housing providers; review and submit budgets and contract renewals; meet on a regular basis with providers and provide assistance on vouchers, budgets, and programmatic issues; perform quality assurance and audits, including site visits; scoring and evaluation of procurements; analyzing, tracking, and reporting on program activities and contract deliverables; review and track spending of providers; provide training to providers on program requirements and vouchering; and complete budget and bureau requests as needed.
