Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
5 -8 years of professional work experience in Healthcare
4 years of physician practice management experience Leading teams in multiple locations
Orthopedic experience a plus
Knowledge of surgical clinic workflow
Ability to engage and collaborate with all levels from C-Suite to staff
Ability to work in stressful environment
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communications skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Proven ability to translate a strategic plan into operational policy
Demonstrated track record of management of personnel and fiscal resources with never compromising patient satisfaction
Leadership ability to guide, direct, and mentor a multi-layered staff
Knowledge, understanding and experience in using various marketing tactics, including market research, advertising, community relations, direct mail, collateral, digital media, event planning, etc
Knowledge, understanding and experience with strategy development and operations, incl. financial management, target setting, resource optimization and prioritization
Working knowledge of all modes of communication including print, digital, photography, video, social media channels, verbal presentations, activities, and grassroots efforts
Must be creative, versatile, self-motivated, takes initiative, driven, detail-oriented, and responsive
Travel including overnight required – 10%
