Location

Corvallis, OR (Onsite training; potential for remote work within Oregon after training)

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm; potential for schedule flexibility post-training

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a positive culture aligned with our Service and Behavioral Standards.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and models through data gathering and analysis.
  • Acquire and manage data from various sources, maintaining databases and data systems.
  • Analyze financial and operational results to understand performance and deliver insights using BI tools.
  • Prepare detailed analyses, business cases, and recommendations for new investments and strategic decisions.
  • Review and enhance existing processes and procedures for improved efficiency.
  • Communicate findings and improvement recommendations to support cost reduction, revenue growth, and streamlined operations.
  • Support data collection and evaluation to drive process improvements and ensure business success.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams and undertake additional tasks as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field, with 1+ year of experience in data analysis OR Associate's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding, RVUs, and contract analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Athena and EPIC systems.
  • General accounting skills, including budget calculation and cost analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in computer software, including Excel macros and accounting packages.
  • Ability to solve complex problems with critical thinking.

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities and initiative.
  • Capability to work well with all levels of management and team members.
