Key Responsibilities
Foster a positive culture aligned with our Service and Behavioral Standards.
Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and models through data gathering and analysis.
Acquire and manage data from various sources, maintaining databases and data systems.
Analyze financial and operational results to understand performance and deliver insights using BI tools.
Prepare detailed analyses, business cases, and recommendations for new investments and strategic decisions.
Review and enhance existing processes and procedures for improved efficiency.
Communicate findings and improvement recommendations to support cost reduction, revenue growth, and streamlined operations.
Support data collection and evaluation to drive process improvements and ensure business success.
Work collaboratively with various teams and undertake additional tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field, with 1+ year of experience in data analysis OR Associate's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
1+ years of experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding, RVUs, and contract analysis.
Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools.
Familiarity with Athena and EPIC systems.
General accounting skills, including budget calculation and cost analysis.
Advanced proficiency in computer software, including Excel macros and accounting packages.
Ability to solve complex problems with critical thinking.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities and initiative.
Capability to work well with all levels of management and team members.
