Join our client’s dynamic team as a Healthcare Litigation Attorney in our Los Angeles office or remotely. With a robust healthcare practice boasting 80+ attorneys across 13 offices nationwide, we serve over 2,400 clients, including hospitals, academic medical centers, and private equity funds.

You’ll tackle high-stakes litigation, including False Claims Act cases and government investigations. Collaborate with our Complex Disputes, Healthcare, and Government Investigations & White Collar Defense teams, leveraging your litigation prowess and knowledge of federal and California healthcare laws.

Salary and Benefits:

Anticipated annual salary range: $250,000 to $350,000

Additional contingent compensation based on factors such as work performance and qualifications.

Job Requirements:

• California Bar admission required
• Minimum three years of litigation experience
• Proficiency in federal and California litigation processes
• Strong writing skills for pleadings, briefs, and client communications
• Experience in e-discovery and document management platforms
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory environments and fraud laws
• Ownership mindset with the ability to manage complex tasks
