Healthcare Project Manager - AI & Clinical Applications

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of projects, from planning to execution and completion.
  • Ensure project alignment with our goals and requirements while coordinating with diverse teams.
  • Develop detailed project plans that include timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, clinicians, and external partners.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures in compliance with financial reporting guidelines.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to ensure adherence to reporting standards.
  • Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, healthcare regulations, and ethical standards in research.
  • Stay abreast of policies, grant management practices, and relevant industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

We are searching for a Project Manager who is enthusiastic about leveraging technology for the benefit of patients and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's Degree in healthcare or a scientific field is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management or as a product owner.
  • Strong experience managing development teams.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and foster effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Skill in organizing and conveying complex information to various teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical and excellent writing abilities.
  • Highly organized with effective time-management skills.
  • Adaptability and a collaborative approach with key stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and design thinking capabilities.
  • High emotional and intellectual intelligence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge or experience with clinical applications and data (e.g., EHR/EMR, care management).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and SCRUM, with prior experience as a SCRUM master preferred.
  • Experience managing clinical research projects or large-scale studies.
  • Comfort in facilitating discussions and resolving conflicts in ambiguous situations.
  • Initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to thrive in a flat organizational structure with multiple supervisors.
  • Understanding of Social Determinants of Health and their implications for healthcare delivery.
  • Familiarity with analytics products for evaluating care quality and efficiency.
  • Experience with standardized healthcare terminologies and vocabularies.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare delivery system and care environment.
  • Prior experience in building a SaaS product.
