Healthcare Recruiter

HYUR Health is seeking a Recruiter with Healthcare experience. This Recruiter will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for a variety of allied, nursing and other healthcare positions.

Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Fill critical positions assigned in a timely manner
• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
• Screen and Interview qualified candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
• Work with various hiring teams to determine customized recruiting strategies for each position
• Use of ATS/CRM system to effectively track our contractors and candidates
• Advise hiring teams on creating a robust recruiting process focused on quality hiring

Healthcare Recruiter Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of healthcare recruiting, and/or sales experience
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills
