Infinity Healthcare Consulting is a leading healthcare consulting company for many of the top long-term care facilities in the nation with locations in several differnt states.
This position will expose a qualified candidate to a full range of recuriting and talent opportunities within the healthcare landscape. The successful candidate will be ready to navigate a growth-oriented, rapidly changing indusrty. This person must be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, be able to create innovative recuitement plans, analyze recruitment trends, and adapt to improve candidate pool.
The key responsibilities for Recruiter role are:
Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to source and retain top-tier candidates.
Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to ensure candidates meet not only the technical requirements but also our company values and culture.
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics.
You are the perfect person if you have:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
Minimum of one (1) year of recruiting and staffing experience
Strong desire to communicate with people, understand people, and screen people based on our Core Values and job requirement
Must be able to work in our Fort Lauderdal office.
