Wheaton Sport Center is looking for a dynamic individual to oversee all aspects of their high performance program.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Player Development
- Player Evaluation and Class Supervision
- Create/maintain program roadmap including goals, format, progressions and daily class plans
- Parent/Player Communication & Relations
- Program Promotion and Participant Recruitment
- Program Development and Staff Training/Supervision
- Meet or Exceed Budget Goals
- Customer Service
- Maintain an energetic on-court teaching presence
- Have the desire to share your love for the game with junior and adult players.
- Be passionate about using tennis as a way for juniors to grow both on and off the court.
- Current PTR Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- CPR/AED certification within 60 days of hire
- NTRP rating of 4.5 or higher
- Previous experience coaching High Performance players
- Experience directing a tennis program
- Thorough knowledge of the game of tennis
- Ability to develop high level, technically and tactically proficient tennis players
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
- Must have evening and weekend availability
