Monitor Fleet health by analyzing data collected during flight, draw conclusions from the data about system performance, and provide recommendations for Maintenance based on the analysis.
Perform aircraft level troubleshooting and manage the implementation of corrective actions.
Understand the impact of software revision changes from a system perspective; engage in the evaluation and testing of new software revisions.
Conceptualize and facilitate the development of new and improved tools for system testing
Proactively identifies issues analyzing in-service system performance.
Maintains a prioritized accurate list of all significant in-service issues and actions with detailed description and investigation status
Creates KPIs of in-service issues occurrence and impact in order to provide data and priority to task team
Anticipates problems and prevents them by effectively planning, communicating, and implementing alternative solutions.
Supports LRU Engineer in hardware level troubleshooting during in-service operations
Assists in accurate problem definition to aid software investigations
Supports the in-service deployment strategy and monitoring the effectiveness of fixes (SW/HW).
