Key Responsibilities

• Offer expert advice and personalized recommendations based on in-depth knowledge of destinations, travel trends, and client preferences.
• Stay abreast of the latest travel industry developments, including promotions, deals, and emerging destinations.
• Manage all aspects of the booking process, from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to resolve any issues or make necessary changes to bookings.
• Guide clients through the use of travel websites and online booking platforms, enhancing their understanding and comfort with digital travel tools.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all booking information and travel documentation.

Qualifications And Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in tourism or hospitality is a plus.
• Previous experience in the travel industry or wedding planning is advantageous but not mandatory - we value passion and aptitude above all.
