Responsibilities
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment for assigned projects.
Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and implementation.
Participate in the selection and management of project teams, including contractors, architects, procurement engineers, and inspectors.
Negotiate effectively with contractors, designers, and vendors on behalf of the project owners.
Coordinate with city and county officials to ensure compliance with regulations.
Be prepared to travel extensively (35% or more) to project sites as needed.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in design, construction, engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience in hospitality construction management.
Minimum of three years' experience in hospitality construction project management.
Proven ability to work remotely and effectively manage projects from a home office.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Adobe Acrobat, or Bluebeam.
Familiarity with construction management software.
Expertise in creating budgets, cost analysis, schedules, and modifications.
Strong leadership qualities, exceptional negotiation skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication abilities, allowing you to interact effectively with vendors and employees.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
