Responsibilities
Strong Hands on experience (expert) in Field Service Lightning.
Proficient with Lightning Experience User Interface for Customizations, Configuration, User Management, the Security model in Salesforce, Lightning Flows, Approvals, and all general Administrator Responsibilities.
Ability to play a highly proactive, participative role when working across teams, demonstrating, and promoting collaboration to help manage our Governance framework, Change Management, and CRM Automation Experience (Salesforce specific a plus).
Will work directly with functional analysts and business users in understanding the information needs of the business and developing new functionalities or tools to meet these requirements.
Provide training, reports and dashboards for leadership and end users with communication across teams for on-going support.
Will coordinate activities with team members and business partners across multiple locations globally.
Generate source to target mappings, document data business rules, and create data model requirements for projects.
Troubleshoot identified issues in Salesforce.com, finding solutions to help resolve the root cause of reported issues and/or provide additional instruction to the users.
Define problems or limitations across the businesses, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Requires ability to develop good working relationships with business sponsors, business partners, technical staff and external resources.
Create needed declarative automations and configurations such as creating complex visual workflows, validation rules, process builder flows.
Proficient at setting up Security and Sharing models by object, field and record level permissions for distinctive users in our different lines of business and familiarity with Permission Sets and Profiles.
Create detailed documentation encompassing functional requirements from several business units, user stories and process flows to architect the new functionalities.
Experience with Agile methodology by working in monthly sprints and making sure that the sprint is followed through with a tested deliverable at the end of each cycle.
Work with Salesforce Governance Team to execute Change and Release Management.
Ability to work with Data Migration Tools, such as Data Loader.
