Key Responsibilities
Manage hotel reservations, negotiate rates, and ensure rooms are available for our clients.
Understand client accommodation needs and preferences to offer personalized recommendations.
Utilize hotel management software to input, update, and track reservations accurately.
Monitor hotel occupancy rates, forecast demand, and adjust reservations to maximize room utilization.
Communicate with clients professionally via phone, email, and chat to confirm bookings and address inquiries promptly.
Collaborate with our team and hotel partners to resolve scheduling issues and ensure a seamless booking experience.
Stay updated on hotel policies, rates, and amenities to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hotel reservations or hospitality management is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact courteously with clients and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in computer systems, online booking platforms, and hotel management software.
