FHI (Fanatics Holdings Inc.) employees are expected to be on-site 4-days per week. We also offer the unique benefit of allowing employees to temporarily work from anywhere up to 20 days per year.

The Role

We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive HR Associate to join the HR team for Fanatics Holdings, Inc. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing key HR processes, including but not limited to, onboarding, reporting, and system administration. This person will help drive the success of the HR team by providing superior administrative, analytical, and project-based support.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer Oracle HCM transactions, including managing requisitions, processing hires and terminations, and ad-hoc requests
  • Maintain data in the Oracle HCM system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including I9 verification, processing background checks, managing new hire orientation materials, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the new hire is successfully set up for their first day
  • Support biweekly Payroll processing, including managing the hourly timekeeping system (Dimensions), referral bonuses, and additional payments
  • Support recurring HR activities including goal setting, compliance training, talent assessments, compensation planning, employee engagement activities, and talent development
  • Provide best in class administrative support to the HR team and executive stakeholders
  • Partner with the broader HR team on ad hoc projects
  • Communicate insights effectively through compelling narratives and visuals (i.e. PowerPoint)
  • Maintain documentation, project plans, and status reports for key HR initiatives
  • Fulfill any other assigned duties as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of HR experience
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels
  • Intellectually curious and strong business acumen; proven ability to develop new ideas
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional judgment, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Product
  • Experience with HCM systems, Oracle preferred

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $91,000 , which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
