Job Title: HR Coordinator/Recruiting Coordinator
Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in Arizona)
Overview: We are seeking an HR Coordinator with some basic recruiting experience to join our team. This fully remote position requires the candidate to be based in Arizona. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a professional office environment, with a minimum of one year in an HR or recruiting role, or in a staffing agency. The candidate should have a foundational understanding of recruiting and HR concepts, policies, and administrative procedures.

Responsibilities
- Support the HR department in various administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR processes.
- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of interviews, and candidate communications.
- Maintain and update HR and recruitment records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the onboarding process, including the preparation of offer letters, and employee documentation, and organizing orientation sessions.
- Collaborate with HR team members to implement HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support in managing employee records, benefits administration, and compliance with HR regulations.
- Assist with other HR-related projects as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional office environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR/recruiting role or staffing agency, either as a Recruiting Coordinator or Office Manager.
- Basic understanding of recruiting and HR concepts, policies, and administrative procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace.
- Residency in Arizona is required.
