Job Summary
This position will provide support and assistance throughout all areas of the HR Department, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. In addition, this position will support the Executive Assistant to the President of Shannon & Wilson.

Job Summary
This position will provide support and assistance throughout all areas of the HR Department, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. In addition, this position will support the Executive Assistant to the President of Shannon & Wilson.
Responsibilities
- Assist HR department in carrying out a variety of human resources programs and procedures for all company employees.
- Perform routine filing, scanning, and archiving of records to ensure record retention compliance.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Partner with posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, reference and background screening and creating offer letters.
- Data management within our HRIS system and report writing.
- Support new employee orientation and on-boarding.
- Responsible for maintaining the milestone recognition program.
- Provide ongoing support to the Executive Assistant to include filing all contracts, registrations, collection letters, and master service agreements.
- Responsible for set-up and clean-up for Board/Office Manager meetings.
- Help coordinate logistics for companywide trainings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or combination of relevant experience and high school diploma.
- 1-4 years of prior experience.
- Experience with HRIS database is preferred, Paylocity experience a plus.
- Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
