We are offering an exciting opportunity for a HR Director to join our team. This position is based in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. As a HR Director, you will handle a vast range of tasks including managing employee performance, overseeing HR operations, and maintaining a positive work environment. This role plays a significant part in implementing HR standards and procedures and managing HR-related inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the hiring process of new employees, ensuring efficient recruitment and staffing
- Develop and maintain a positive work environment and manage employee relationships
- Manage performance reviews and drive training development for employees
- Ensure adherence to HR standards and procedures across the company and its affiliates
- Handle HR compliance, compensation, and benefits matters
- Administer HR systems and resolve any HR-related inquiries effectively
- Prepare and analyze HR reports to support decision-making
- Effectively manage employee retention strategies
- Prepare and manage the staffing budget
- Utilize the Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) for various HR functions and maintain effective communication with the C-Suite.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a Human Resources department
- Proficiency in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Extensive knowledge of Benefit Functions within an organization
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in ensuring Compliance within the HR department and organization as a whole
- Ability to effectively liaise with C-Suite executives and present HR metrics and initiatives
- Strong background in managing Employee Relations and resolving conflicts
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment legislation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification in HR (such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to balance the needs of employees with the needs of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in HR technology and computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
