$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Description

Robert Half is partnering with a distribution client in the recruiting for a strategic and experienced HR Director to join their team. The role will involve taking charge of a variety of HR functions, including recruitment and retention strategy and organizational development, among others. The HR Director will play a crucial role in driving the company's HR strategy and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

This is a permanent placement opportunity offering full health, dental, vision and paid time off.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic HR initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives
  • Manage employee handbook updates with writing
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent
  • Oversee employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Drive organizational development and structure to support growth
  • Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies
  • Oversee performance management systems to ensure they are fair and effective
  • Ensure HR compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Leverage HR technology to streamline and improve HR processes
  • Utilize data analytics to inform HR decisions and strategies
  • Manage HR budget effectively and responsibly
  • Provide leadership and direction to the HR team
  • Develop and update policies and procedures in line with company objectives and HR best practices


Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in HR or a business related field
  • 10 years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations within HR
  • Proven experience with handbook development, writing and implementing policies and procedures
