The HR Generalist will support various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This role involves supervising a team of three members and ensuring effective HR operations. The HR Generalist will work closely with management to implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company’s objectives.

Primary Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the HR department, supervising three team members.
Handle full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Administer employee benefits programs and assist with benefits enrollment.
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
Conducted training sessions on HR-related topics and guided employees and management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Support performance management processes, including evaluations and disciplinary actions.
Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate compensation.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of human resources experience, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
