Job Title: HR Generalist

Duration: Until the end of January 2025

Work Schedule

• On-site 5 days a week initially
• Opportunity for remote work one day a week once fully trained
• Typical hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM
• Flexibility required for open enrollment and biometric screening sessions outside of normal business hours
  
  

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will possess basic HR knowledge and a fundamental understanding of HR rules and regulations, particularly as they pertain to employee benefits. This role is critical in supporting our HR initiatives and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
• Support open enrollment and biometric screening sessions.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
• Provide general HR support and respond to employee inquiries.
• Coordinate and facilitate HR processes and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  
  

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
• Understanding of HR rules and regulations related to employee benefits.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying work hours as required.
  
  

Additional Information

• The role is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, with on-site work for at least five days a week initially.
