The Purpose of Your Role
The Human Resource Intern is responsible for providing professional and effective communication while supporting overarching hiring and onboarding initiatives. This role will support day-to-day recruiting and HR operations.

Responsibilities
Assists with posting jobs on identified sources.
Assists with updating and maintaining the job description database.
Assists Recruiter with shortlisting candidates and setting up initial interview schedules and coordinating schedules for interviews with hiring managers.
Assists with drafting offer letters.
Assists with HR onboarding procedures, data entry, and communications to employees.
Other recruitment and HR duties as assigned.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures

The Skills And Expertise You Have
Some college experience
Knowledge of HR and Recruitment administrative support duties
High level of discretion with confidential material is a must.
Proficient knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer software
Accurate and efficient electronic data entry
Must be punctual and maintain excellent attendance
Organized, detail-oriented, takes the initiative, and completes job responsibilities independently
Multitask, problem-solve, interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills
Thrives in a changing work environment, including inside, outside, and loud noise level
Preferred Qualifications
Internships requiring 16+ hours weekly
Experience with HRIS systems (ADP, Paylocity, etc.)
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience with Google Products (Gmail, Google Calendars, Google Docs)
Prior knowledge or experience in a healthcare setting
