Job Title: Intern-HR

Job Function: Human Resources

Job Overview:

The Intern-HR assists and supports with Unigen’s recruitment function. Reports to the Director, HR / Sr. HRBP. Located at Unigen Headquarters in Newark, CA.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Administer job candidate sourcing
• Conduct candidate sourcing and pre-employment screening
• Post and remove Job postings to/from Job Portals
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and organizational fit and provide feedback to Recruiter.
• Conduct pre-boarding, background and reference checks for new hires
• Coordinate onboarding with candidate and internal stakeholders
• Other duties and responsibilities related to recruitment and staffing, as assigned.
  
  

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Effective communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Google Mail, Calendar, and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
