Job Description

As an intern within our Talent and Organizational Effectiveness team, you will contribute to critical initiatives that drive organizational excellence. You’ll work closely with our HR professionals, supporting projects related to change management, content curation, and Workday integration. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in talent management activities.

Workday Integration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integration solutions; gain practical experience configuring Workday integrations
  • Support data migration efforts during implementation; ensure data accuracy and consistency across modules within data migration; work closely with stakeholders to validate data
  • Help create training materials for end-users and address inquiries related to integration processes.

Change Management

  • Assist in executing key change management activities
  • Develop communications plans and materials for organizational changes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure change management is integrated into project plans; coordinate efforts to align change initiatives with project goals

Talent Management & OE support

  • Curate and maintain relevant content related to learning solutions, talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing platforms and resources
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational culture, DE&I, and employee engagement
  • Maintain content and materials relevancy on the IFF Intranet platform

Job Requirements

The Key Requirements Of This Position Are

  • Pursuing or completing Organizational Development, Learning Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology or HR Generalist-related graduate program; interest and expertise in Workday system preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Microsoft project
  • Excellent project management, planning, and time management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Creative, curious and have good ability to create insightful reports and presentations.
  • Highly collaborative, with effective communication and positive interpersonal skills; express own point of view with confidence
