The Human Resources Manager will be a valued member of the HR team of the North American division of Edged Data Centers. We are looking for someone who can operate independently yet very collaboratively with the HR Team and all functions and employees and the broader Endeavour ecosystem.


The Human Resources Manager needs to be an agile, team-focused individual, with proven professionalism, who is comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, can think strategically, and works equally as well independently as with a team. Edged is backed by a deep proprietary technology stack including advanced waterless cooling, renewable microgrid systems, ultra-clean generators, and waste-to-fuel solutions. The North American division of Edged is a joint venture between an affiliate of Endeavour and one of the largest private multinational corporations with business lines including technology, energy, engineering, as well as other materially related economic sectors. Endeavour is a purpose-driven organization helping innovators to develop and launch solutions for global challenges in the areas of energy, water, and waste to guarantee renewable energy and clean water to everyone, everywhere. Key Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

  • the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations by developing and updating employee handbook policies, code of conduct and reviewing pay practices ongoing.
  • the payroll process and associated tasks.
  • the onboarding process for new hires and offboarding for terminations.
  • the performance management process to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
  • annual benchmarking and salary reviews.
  • annual benefits review and continually make recommendations to enhance programs and balance cost.
  • employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
  • HR systems, company organization charts and employee directory.
  • and delivers internal staff communications.
  • and respond to internal and external inquiries and requests.
  • extremely confidential information and exercise superior judgment, tact, diplomacy and discretion on all matters.
  • research and supporting special projects.
  • cross functional teams with planning and coordination of company events.
  • as much as possible by observing and listening so that you can identify areas of inefficiency and be proactive in suggesting and implementing solutions for improvement.


Skills & Requirements

Education / Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience and knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including recruitment, compensation, performance management, safety, employee relations, and payroll.
  • or HRCI certification (SHRM-SCP or SPHR).
  • working with a PEO, preferably ADP.
  • working for a startup technology company, preferably in the data center or adjacent industry.
  • experience running ADP payroll or a comparable system.
  • expertise in training managers and employees.
  • organizational and critical thinking skills, with excellent judgment in decision-making.
  • and able to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment, quickly switching gears as needed.
  • able to make decisions, and manages time well.
  • interpersonal skills, good listener, and always receptive to constructive feedback.
  • in handling communications across multiple time zones.
  • about challenges, comfortable with change, and eager to learn.
  • well under pressure, meets deadlines, and sees projects through to completion.

Position: HR Manager

Full-Time or Part-Time: Full-Time

Reports to: CHRO

Location: Dallas, Denver, Atlanta, Chicago (Remote)

The salary range for this position is: $80,000 - $140,000. Edged considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision.
